Green Production Finance & Management is an independent advisory and management firm specializing in sustainable production finance for features and tv-series with a special expertise in streaming productions. We advise, structure, and oversee production finance and management for local and international third-party productions, supporting producers, studios, and financiers with hands-on expertise from development through delivery.
Our team combines deep expertise in production finance, EU environmental law, corporate sustainability reporting and the operational realities of film and television production. We understand both the financial and regulatory framework and the industry it applies to.
We work with production companies, distributors, broadcasters, streaming platforms, studios, industry associations and public funding bodies across Europe and the Nordics. Our approach is practical, evidence-based and tailored to the specific needs of each production and client.

Carola Hansson
Founder & Managing Director
Carola Hansson brings more than 30 years of international experience spanning finance and the entertainment industry. She has held senior leadership positions in global organisations, with a consistent focus on business strategy, financial governance, sustainability and strategic change management.
Her career has been shaped by building operations in new markets and navigating complex, cross-cultural environments — often in sectors where established frameworks did not yet exist. She has led teams across geographies and time zones, developing structures and processes from the ground up.
Carola combines strategic thinking with a practical, collaborative approach. This combination of financial expertise, industry knowledge and hands-on change leadership forms the foundation of Green PFM's advisory practice.
