Carola Hansson
Founder & Managing Director
Carola Hansson brings more than 30 years of international experience spanning finance and the entertainment industry. She has held CEO and CFO positions in global organisations, with a consistent focus on business strategy, financial governance, sustainability and strategic change management.
Her career has been defined by building operations in new markets and navigating complex, cross-cultural environments — often in sectors where established frameworks did not yet exist. She has led cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones, developing structures and processes from the ground up.
Carola combines strategic rigour with a practical, inclusive leadership approach. She is known for her ability to make sound decisions in uncertain conditions, to build diverse teams and to drive organisations through periods of significant transformation. This combination of financial expertise, industry knowledge and change leadership forms the foundation of Green PFM EMEA's advisory practice.
